Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Shipment Tracking

We are committed to processing and preparing all orders for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.


2. Product Sensitivity to Heat

Please note that some of our natural cosmetic products may be affected by high temperatures. In hot weather conditions, products such as "Body Butter" or "Lip Balms" may soften or partially melt during transit. Therefore, we strongly recommend receiving your shipment promptly to avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures. We are not responsible for product damage resulting from storage in high-heat environments after delivery.


3. Procedure for Damaged Products
