1. Safety Standards & Return Policy
For the safety of our customers and due to the nature of cosmetic products, and in accordance with general hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team via email at zoabeauty@binzomah.net within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and shipping box must be provided. Once the case is verified, we will issue a replacement product or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
