1. Product Safety & Usage Disclaimer

Although our products are made from high-quality natural ingredients, individual skin reactions may vary from person to person. We strongly recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before full use. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Zoā disclaims responsibility for any adverse reactions resulting from the use of products without following the recommended patch testing instructions.


2. Hygiene & Return Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and in compliance with public health and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition or with packaging defects, please contact our support team via email at zoabeauty@binzomah.net with in 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographic evidence showing the damage and the shipping box is required. After verification, we will issue a replacement product or a full refund at no additional cost.


4. Shipping Warning & Heat Sensitivity

Please note that some of our natural products (such as Body Butter and Lip Balms) are sensitive to high temperatures and may soften or melt during summer transit. We recommend receiving your package promptly and avoiding prolonged exposure to high-heat environments. Zoā is not responsible for product damage resulting from improper storage conditions after delivery.
